Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 2 pcs Green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
  5. Add the cooked rice, gochujang, and soy sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. Stir in chopped green onions and cook for another minute.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
