  • 6 cups Peaches (sliced)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peaches and half of the sugar. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining sugar.
  4. Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Spoon the peach mixture evenly over the batter.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
