Main Ingredients
- 6 cups Peaches (sliced)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the peaches and half of the sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining sugar.
Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Spoon the peach mixture evenly over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
