Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 3 pcs eggs room temperature
  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup gluten-free oat flour
  • ¼ cup tapioca starch
  • 1 tablespoon xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast

Instructions 

  1. Add warm water, olive oil, honey, and eggs to the bread machine pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, gluten-free oat flour, tapioca starch, xanthan gum, and salt.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the bread machine pan.
  4. Make a small well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the yeast.
  5. Select the gluten-free setting on your bread machine and start.
  6. Once the bread is done, remove it from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
