Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir well.
If using, add cornstarch mixture to thicken sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot.
