Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water optional, for thickening

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir well.
  5. If using, add cornstarch mixture to thicken sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
