  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 lime Lime juiced
  • 60 ml White rum
  • 120 ml Soda water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Muddle mint leaves, grated ginger, and sugar in a glass.
  2. 2. Add lime juice and white rum.
  3. 3. Fill the glass with crushed ice and top with soda water.
  4. 4. Stir well and garnish with a mint sprig.
