  • 500 g Sugar
  • 1 unit Lemon juice and zest
  • 500 ml Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine ginger, sugar, lemon juice, zest, and water in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 45 minutes until thickened.
  3. 3. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
