Main Ingredients
- 200 g Fresh Ginger peeled and finely chopped
- 500 g Sugar
- 1 unit Lemon juice and zest
- 500 ml Water
1. Combine ginger, sugar, lemon juice, zest, and water in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 45 minutes until thickened.
3. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
