Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate beef with soy sauce and cornstarch mixture for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add bell peppers and onions, stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
