  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions 

  1. Heat milk in a saucepan.
  2. Add semolina, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Stir continuously until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in egg yolk and butter.
  5. Pour into serving dishes and let cool.
