German Semolina Pudding Recipe
A classic German dessert made with semolina, milk, and a touch of vanilla.

Main Ingredients
- 500 ml milk
- 50 g semolina
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon butter
Heat milk in a saucepan.
Add semolina, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
Stir continuously until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in egg yolk and butter.
Pour into serving dishes and let cool.
