Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add apple slices and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Pour batter over the apples in the skillet.
  5. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until pancake is puffed and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
