- 4 Eggs
- 120 g Sugar
- 120 g Flour sifted
- 60 g Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
Gently fold in the sifted flour, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
