Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups cold water
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a blender.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Add vinegar, olive oil, and cold water. Blend again.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill before serving.
