Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  3. Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach to the skillet. Cook until spinach is wilted.
  4. Return chicken breasts to the skillet. Simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
