- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine optional
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Pour in the white wine (if using) and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
