Garlic Shrimp Pasta Bake Recipe
A delicious and easy garlic shrimp pasta bake that's perfect for a family dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
