Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  7. Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
