  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
  4. Place the pork chops in a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
