  • 1 whole Chicken about 4 pounds
  • 1 pound Potatoes cut into chunks
  • 6 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken and potatoes.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and surround it with the potatoes.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
