Main Ingredients
- 400 g Penne Pasta
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic and olive oil.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
