  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the orange roughy fillets on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the Parmesan mixture over the fillets.
