Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Russet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Milk
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
3. Add the minced garlic, milk, and melted butter to the potatoes.
4. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot.
