Garlic Parmesan Carrot Fries Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss carrot fries with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
Sprinkle Parmesan and parsley over hot fries.
Serve immediately.
