Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz pasta
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. 6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
