Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ⅓ cup Brown sugar
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the garlic mixture over them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
