  • 8 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the garlic mixture over them.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
