- 1 cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
- 4 Eggs large
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Do not overbake.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
