Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Add egg yolk and cold water, mix until dough forms.
Press dough into tart pans. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
In a bowl, whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Fill cooled tart crusts with whipped cream mixture. Top with sliced fruits.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
