Ingredients 

Tartlet Crust

  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter cold, cut into small pieces
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoon cold water

Filling

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Stir in egg yolk and cold water until dough forms. Press dough into tartlet pans.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fill cooled tartlet crusts with whipped cream mixture and top with fresh fruit slices.
