Ingredients
Tartlet Crust

egg yolk

Filling

heavy cream

powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in egg yolk and cold water until dough forms. Press dough into tartlet pans.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Fill cooled tartlet crusts with whipped cream mixture and top with fresh fruit slices.
