Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 package Sugar Cookie Dough

Topping

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Assorted Fresh Fruit sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press cookie dough onto a baking sheet to form a crust.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Arrange the sliced fruit on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
