Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Mixed Fruit (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ cup Butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk and vanilla extract, and stir until smooth.
Pour the melted butter into a baking dish. Pour the batter over the butter, but do not stir.
Spread the mixed fruit evenly over the batter. Again, do not stir.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the cobbler comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
