Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup acini di pepe pasta
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained 20 oz can
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained 15 oz can
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 egg egg, beaten

Instructions 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, and pineapple juice. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in beaten egg. Let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, pineapple tidbits, mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows.
  4. Fold in the cooled sauce and whipped topping. Mix well.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
