  • 500 g Ground pork
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped onion, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs using your hands.
  3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until they are browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
