  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 4 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Dip turkey wings in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. 4. Fry turkey wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes per batch.
