Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Turkey Wings
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 4 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Dip turkey wings in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture.
3. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry turkey wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes per batch.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
