Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Oil vegetable or sesame
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Push vegetables to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice to the wok and mix everything together.
  6. Pour soy sauce over the rice and stir well to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
