Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 cups Cornflakes, crushed
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Scoop the ice cream into balls and freeze for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. Mix the crushed cornflakes, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. 3. Roll the ice cream balls in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with the cornflake mixture. Freeze again for 1 hour.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C). Fry the coated ice cream balls for 10-15 seconds until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve immediately.
