  • 4 fillets Halibut about 6 oz each
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pat the halibut fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Dredge each halibut fillet in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  4. 4. Heat the olive oil and butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Add the halibut fillets to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6. Remove the fillets from the pan and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
