Fried Dough Balls Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¾ cup Milk
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- as needed Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil, frying until golden brown on all sides.
6. Remove the dough balls with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
