Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken pieces cut into parts
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black pepper ground
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 liter Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Dip the chicken pieces in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture.
3. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
