- 1 lb chicken gizzards cleaned and trimmed
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
1. Soak the cleaned chicken gizzards in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.

3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
