  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil

Instructions

  2. 2. Add the chopped turmeric, water, black pepper, and coconut oil to a blender.
  3. 3. Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. 4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
