Main Ingredients
- 4 medium Tomatoes diced
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
- 1 medium Jalapeño seeded and minced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed

1. Dice the tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Finely chop the onion and add it to the bowl.
3. Chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl.
4. Mince the jalapeño and garlic, then add them to the bowl.
5. Add the lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
6. Mix everything together until well combined.
7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
