Fresh Strawberry Granita Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
Combine strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Freeze for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, use a fork to scrape and break up the ice crystals. Return to the freezer.
Repeat scraping every 30 minutes for 3 hours, until the granita is fully frozen and fluffy.
Serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to serve.
