Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh salmon fillet skin removed, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for grilling

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. 4. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. 5. Grill the salmon patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  6. 6. Serve the salmon burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
