Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
4. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
5. Grill the salmon patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
6. Serve the salmon burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
