Fresh Pumpkin Pie Recipe
A classic, homemade pumpkin pie made from fresh pumpkins.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pumpkin puree fresh
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon Ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs large
- 1 can Evaporated milk 12 oz
- 1 Pie crust unbaked
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
Gradually stir in the evaporated milk.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours before serving.
