  • 1 cup Cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add chopped pineapple and cucumber to the blender.
  2. 2. Pour in the water and blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Add lemon juice and honey (if using). Blend again.
  4. 4. Strain the juice if desired. Serve chilled.
