Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract to the mixture and beat until combined.
Add eggs one at a time, beating for 5 minutes after each addition.
Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
Pour filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
