- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Butter

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
3. Once the butter is melted and slightly bubbling, pour in the eggs.
4. Stir the eggs gently with a spatula, then let them sit to form a thin layer.
5. When the eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny on top, fold the omelette in half and slide onto a plate.
