French Fry Casserole Recipe

- 1 bag frozen French fries about 32 oz
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Add the frozen French fries to the mixture and stir until well coated.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
