French Fried Potatoes Recipe
Classic French fried potatoes, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Main Ingredients
- 4 large Russet Potatoes peeled and cut into strips
- 1 quart Vegetable Oil for frying
- to taste Salt
1. Peel and cut potatoes into strips.
2. Soak potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry potatoes in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
5. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
