Main Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased skillet.
Cook on the stovetop over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the edges start to set.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the center is set.
