  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay the flank steak flat and pound it to an even thickness.
  3. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese and fresh spinach evenly over the steak.
  4. Roll the steak tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Brush the rolled steak with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Place the steak on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until desired doneness.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into pinwheels.
