Main Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar for caramel
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar until it turns into a golden caramel. Pour into a baking dish and set aside.
In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the caramel in the baking dish.
Place the baking dish in a larger pan filled with hot water. Bake for 60 minutes or until set.
Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
