  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a small plastic bag.
  2. 2. Seal the bag tightly, removing as much air as possible.
  3. 3. Fill a larger plastic bag halfway with ice and add salt.
  4. 4. Place the small bag inside the larger bag and seal it.
  5. 5. Shake the bags for about 5 minutes until the mixture hardens into ice cream.
  6. 6. Remove the small bag, rinse off the salt, and enjoy your ice cream!
